 All4Fitness is a privately owned gym in Cannon Hill. We provide Personal Training, Gym Access & Group Classes to busy individuals that want to lose unwanted weight and start feeling & looking their best. We do this by providing individualized training programs, a flexible schedule, coaching for support and accountability and nutritional guidance. As our location moved from Hawthorne to Cannon Hill in 2014 we have many of our members that travel from surrounding suburbs such as Hawthorne itself, Morningside, Carina, Murarrie, Balmoral, Bulimba, Seven Hills & Carindale.

Our vision is to stand out from the pack by providing an affordable service with extraordinary value, coupled with experienced and highly trained staff to provide an up-market service to our members.

Our gym membership allows access between 6am-10pm, 7 days a week to optimise available training time for our members.

When it comes to the knowledge of fitness, teaching and applying the fundamentals of training, our gym is second to none. We separate ourselves from commercial gyms and other small studios simply by the knowledge base of our elite trainers.  You will always be greeted at our gym and if you ever need help our staff are always eager to help.

Group class sessions are able to be regressed/progressed to suit your capabilities and accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you are in a class or a one-on-one session, the workout you receive from the team at All4Fitness is of the highest level, giving you what we believe to be the best value training facility in Cannon Hill.

My philosophy is that we should always strive to be more than we were yesterday, whether you want to be stronger, leaner, fitter or better at a particular sport/activity. You will be amazed at what you can achieve if you are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone! I place a large focus on strength and the technical mastery of the squat, bench press and deadlift, as well as a range of other movements which improve body composition, posture, mobility and overall health.

Having exposed myself to many facets of fitness, from dancing to bodybuilding to Crossfit, I’ve learnt that no matter what, always strive to be better than you were yesterday. 
 Get up and get moving, eat a well balanced diet and sleep like a baby, your body will thank you. When it comes to achieving goals I follow the 3 P’s - Persistence, Perseverance & Patience. Rome was not built in a day, you will get there.
