I would like to say a big thank you to Tammie, Trish, Boyd, Michael and James, you are very supportive, professional, and knowledgeable and you have all helped me out a lot in the past 8 weeks, appreciate everything!!

Thanks to the All4fitness 8 week challenge I have been able to achieve some great results, I lost 2.8kg, 3.6% body fat and 30mm all over! I feel a lot happier with my body and with how I look. I love that i have gained muscle and I feel so much stronger.

The best thing about the challenge for me is i now know how to incorporate resistance training into my weekly exercise plan. I previously done a lot of cardio and never got the results i wanted and after doing the 8 week resistance plan, I can see definition in my arms, back and legs. I now have the tools to keep smashing out my goals. I learnt the importance of feeding my body the right foods before and after training to get the best results.
I would recommend the All4Fitness 8 week challenge to friends and family as it was a rewarding experience.

Rebecca Richardson –

The 8 week challenge is a great way to set some personal goals and learn more about fitness and yourself with great support from the trainers. The gym has a nutritionist who can assist you with support and knowledge on your diet alongside the information you are learning through your fitness and weight program. With a massager onsite helped me loosen my tightness and assisted me to continue to train and focus on my goals. The program isn’t just about loosing weight but changing implementing tools and skills to reach your goals.

I’m sure I’m not alone, but I find it really difficult to keep disciplined with regular exercise and good nutrition, all day every day for years.   I’m fine with that (my weakness) but that’s also why I love an 8 week challenge!    I find committing 100% for short bursts of time, like the All for Fitness 8 week challenge, really helps me keep my focus, and hit my goals.  This also helps me keep my goals realistic – what can I actually achieve in two months.

I was really happy (ecstatic, thrilled, rapped) with the results I achieved from the last  A4F 8 week challenge.  Not only did I lose a few more bits of my unwanted fat, but I gained over a kilo of muscle.  I could not have done that without the help of the full A4F team – personal training, nutritionist, the set weekly challenger group classes, and the other group classes available.

This was my 4th challenge with Tammie, Michael, Boyd and the team over the last 3 years and after each challenge I get a little fitter and a little healthier, and look forward to the next challenge.  Considering I never did any exercise before that, I constantly amaze myself.

Highly recommend an 8 week challenge to anyone who wants to change their life – little bit by little bit.   Totally changed mine!

A big thank you to Nicole, Kelly, Argee and the Team at A4F for their amazing support and training over the past 8 weeks. The 2 weekly group training sessions were fantastic, pushing and challenging me much more than I would have done on my own. The Facebook group, led by Nicole, provided additional tips, healthy recipe ideas and motivation, keeping us all on track and most importantly accountable. The nutrition plan wasn’t as difficult to maintain as I thought it was going to be and I am now looking forward to staying committed to a healthier diet. Over the 8 weeks I managed to lose 7kgs (achieving my goal weight of being under 80kg) and importantly lost 9cms from around my waist. For anyone thinking of doing the 8 week challenge I highly recommend that you give it go. Yes, it will push and challenge you, but If you put in the effort I can guarantee you will be rewarded with a healthier, fitter, more confident and happier version of yourself at the end.
