What to expect?

  • Every class is written up/programmed by one of our coaches each day which means no class will be exactly the same each week!
  • Expert Trainers to guide you, motivate you and ensure you are using correct form at all times.
  • Workout in a spacious, open group training facility completely separate to the gym/weights area.
  • Group numbers are capped at 10-12 to ensure a more personalised experience and to maximise trainer to client ratio.
  • We are all trained to progress & regress our classes to cater for all ages, fitness levels and/or any injuries so you will never have to miss out.
  • Enjoy training and working out with others that have similar goals as you!
  • Meet new people in a social, friendly environment.

What to bring:
Wear your appropriate training clothes & bring your towel and water bottle.

Session Length:
All group sessions are 30/45/60 minutes in length as per timetable.

Class Descriptions.

Design your own:
If you have a small group of friends that would like to work out together and have fun while they do it, chat with our team to discuss the options.

Metabolic conditioning: or “metcon” refers to conditioning exercises intended to increase the storage and delivery of energy for any activity. This is essentially a cross-fit style workout which can vary from session to session, varying through all aspects of fitness.

Boxing:
Our Boxing class includes a mix of technique & high intensity boxing with partners or circuits with a variety of conditioning and padwork.

Cardio express:
High intensity Exercises which are mostly based around getting the heart rate up high, increase metabolism and the anaerobic fitness levels. Higher Metabolic Threshold will allow your body to burn more calories even when at rest.

Circuit:
A traditional circuit will have a certain number of stations set up. All exercises are compound cardio and strength movements (using more muscles at once therefore burning more calories) An entire body workout burning maximum amount of calories.

Full body fun:
Exactly what the class is. A full body workout with a mix of fun exercises to challenge each individual. Classes are going to be fun with a mix of exercises targeting the entire body.

Tabata:
Tabata is 20 seconds of work with a rest period of 10 seconds. It is designed for maximal fat loss and maximal muscle gain. Its fast, effective and fun!

 

Stretch/Mobility:

We teach you how to mobilise your body using foam rollers, trigger balls, bands etc to make you move better (more range of motion) which will then transfer into you performing better with less risk of injury.

Strength & Conditioning:
This class will involve a strength component followed by a conditioning component. An e.g of this class would be 5×5 deadlift followed by a conditioning circuit. Although this class sounds quite advanced, we take the extra time to teach correct technique and regress each session as needed for different fitness levels.

OPEN LIFT:

OPEN LIFT is free and open to anyone! 8am – 9am every Saturday.
This is a group coaching class aimed to improve your Deadlift, Squat and Bench.(Plus you will gain the benefits of lifting weights)
We have a Novice Program, Intermediate Program & also open for advanced lifters that are already on a program, that just want extra coaching.
This is FREE for you + one lifting buddy. So bring a friend along whether they have never lifted before or if they are experienced.

Booty Builder:

Booty Builder is a class based on activating & strengthening your glutes. If you have trouble activating your glutes or just want to work on your booty then this is the class for you! We will hit your glutes from all angles, with a mix of technique & intensity to give you an all round booty workout!

Yoga: 

Yoga is a class for mind, body and soul nourishment. With a mix of yoga postures, breathing techniques and short meditations it will allow you to unwind tight muscles, clear your mind and calm yourself giving you some skills and a heightened awareness to take from your mat into everyday life. Morning classes will fire you up for the day ahead, and evening classes will help to slow you down for a good nights sleep.
