  1. What are the hours of operation for the gym? We are a 24 hour gym with staffed hours on Monday to Thursday from 1:30pm – 7pm. If you aren’t yet a member and would like to visit outside these hours, appointments can be made online, via email or phone.
  2. Do I need to make a reservation to use the gym? No, reservations are not required to use the gym. However, if you are wanting to use the Infrared Sauna, bookings are required and availability can be seen via the online booking tool.
  3. Do I need to be a member to use the gym? No, we offer a casual pass for only $10.
  4. What types of memberships are available? We offer a gym only and gym + class membership option, for a period of 6 or 12 months.
  5. Is there a trial period or guest pass available? Yes, we offer a 10-day free trial for those interested in trying out the gym before committing to a membership. There is a $30 tag fee which is refunded once you bring it back to the front counter.
  6. Are there any age restrictions for using the gym? Our equipment and classes are suitable for individuals over the age of 16.
  7. What kind of equipment does the gym have? Our gym is equipped with a variety of equipment for cardio and strength training, including treadmills, bikes, free weights and machines.
  8. Are there any personal training or coaching services available? Yes, we offer personal training and coaching services for those looking for extra guidance and support in reaching their fitness goals.
  9. Are there any group fitness classes available? Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes. The timetable is available at the front desk or on our website.
