Group Fitness Classes in Cannon Hill, Brisbane
At All4Fitness, our group fitness classes are designed to suit all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced members. Located in Cannon Hill, Brisbane, we offer a mix of strength, conditioning, and high-intensity training to help you stay consistent and get results.
- Our classes are programmed each day by the trainers. They cater to all fitness levels, injuries and capabilities, with a set of regressions/scaling options to ensure you never have to sit out. (Please advise the trainer if you have any injuries)
- Classes are capped at 10-12 people to ensure a personalised experience. This also allows the trainer to check your technique, to minimise injury.
- Please bring a towel and water bottle
- If you are unsure which classes will best suit you, we are more than happy to help you decide which is best for you!
