Timetable
  • Our classes are programmed each day by the trainers. They cater to all fitness levels, injuries and capabilities, with a set of regressions/scaling options to ensure you never have to sit out. (Please advise the trainer if you have any injuries)
  • Classes are capped at 10-12 people to ensure a personalised experience. This also allows the trainer to check your technique, to minimise injury.
  • Please bring a towel and water bottle
  • If you are unsure which classes will best suit you, we are more than happy to help you decide which is best for you!
