What to expect when doing our classes:

  • Workouts are programmed by a coach each day, meaning the classes are designed with purpose and have variety. We cater to all fitness levels, injuries and capabilities, with a set system of regressions/scaling options to ensure you never have to sit out. (Please let the coach know in advance of any injuries you may have)
  • Workouts are written on the whiteboard and the coaches will run through how to perform the exercises and what the class structure is.
  • Throughout the class, the coaches will check your technique. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimises injury. Our classes are capped at 10-12, to ensure this personalised experience.
  • Enjoy training and working out in a friendly, welcoming environment, with people who have similar goals to you!

What to bring: Towel & water bottle

Session Length: Unless specified otherwise, all group sessions are 30 minutes.
