What to bring: Wear your appropriate training clothes & bring your towel and water bottle.
Session Length: All group sessions are 30 minutes in length, unless specified otherwise as per timetable. If you are unsure which classes will best suit you, we are more then happy to help you decide which is best for you!
What to expect when doing our classes:
- Every class is programmed by one of our coaches in advance for each day & written on the whiteboard, which means each class is designed with purpose and the added bonus of more variety.
- Our experienced coaches will run you through a specific warm up to get you ready for the group workout.
- We then explain in detail what the class structure is, including how to do each movement/exercise to maximize efficiency and ensure you are aware of the correct technique.
- With years of experience we effectively cater the class for all kinds of fitness levels, injuries and capabilities, with a set system of regressions/scaling options to ensure you will never have to sit out.
- Group numbers are capped at 10-12 to ensure a more personalised experience and to maximise trainer to client ratio.
