Our Team.
Nicole Hurst
Manager / Personal Trainer
Having exposed myself to many facets of fitness, from dancing to bodybuilding to Crossfit, I’ve learnt that no matter what, always strive to be better than you were yesterday. Get up and get moving, eat a well balanced diet and sleep like a baby, your body will thank you.
When it comes to achieving goals I follow the 3 P’s – Persistence, Perseverance & Patience. Rome was not built in a day, you will get there.

My training philosophy is grounded in the belief that strength is not just physical but a cornerstone of character. Building strength is about more than lifting weights; it’s about lifting oneself and others, carrying the weight of challenges with resilience.
This journey towards strength is not purchasable; it’s earned through consistent discipline and effort. When you’re strong, you’re not just capable of carrying more; you’re equipped to face life’s demands with confidence and determination.

I believe that training should be part of everyone’s routine, to maintain a healthy body and mind. Being a mum means that there is less time for yourself, however prioritising exercising is important and is one thing you can do for yourself (and your children). Training provides time to destress and put yourself first, and it’s always important to fill up your own cup – because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Whilst moving your body is important, it’s also about eating healthy foods and nourishing your body.
