Strength .
Class description:
This class focuses on strength, form and appropriate rest times. Each session is different with varying styles of workout, either a circuit or EMOM. It will include 1 warm up set and 3 working sets.
You will be using barbells, dumbbells and racks during these sessions.
Class is capped at 10 people.
Please wear appropriate training clothes.
Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle and a smile!
