Class description:

A high intensity workout using mostly body weight to perform exercises. The exercises are designed to increase your anaerobic fitness levels and increase your metabolism by getting the heart rate up high. Exercises can be progressed and regressed as needed.

Every group class is fun, high energy, challenging and designed to improve your anaerobic fitness.

Capped at 12 people.

Please wear appropriate training clothes.

Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle and a smile!
