Lower Body S&C.

Class description:

A moderate intensity workout which specifically targets activating and strengthening your glutes. This is a lower body conditioning class which will help you if you have trouble activating your glutes and want to get some “booty gains”.

Every class is fun, challenging and designed to give you an all round booty workout!

Class is capped at 12 people.

Please wear appropriate training clothes.

Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle and a smile!
