Class description:
A high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups. This class is suitable to all fitness levels and the exercises can be progress and regressed as needed.
If you are an advanced weightlifter or athlete, kettlebells are a perfect addition to your overall program. Variations of common exercises can be made more difficult by utilising a kettlebell instead of a barbell or machine.
Every group class is fun, high energy, challenging, and designed to improve your aerobic fitness and strength.
