DD 12 Conditioning.

Class description:

A medium-intensity workout specifically designed to train for Deadly Dozen. This is a fitness race which is taking place in July 2026, and we will be putting a team (or teams) together to compete. The workout is compromised of 12 exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells, plates and bodyweight, and incorporates 400m runs in between each exercise.

For these classes, we will gradually work towards increasing the reps and metres so that we are fully prepared. To do this class, you don’t have to join us for Deadly Dozen. You might simply want to increase your cardio or incorporate strength training and do it in a fun environment.

Capped at 12 people

Please wear appropriate training clothes.

Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle and a smile!
